I would reiterate the same points made by the previous reviewer: the price was by far the most reasonable we received and the work was fast and effective. 

In our case, we just needed a simple gutter cleaning job and I sought quotes via Yelp. When I saw the Jenix Group website I thought "this company looks very professional and polished, but they are for home contracting jobs and I'm sure if they clean gutters they are going to be the most expensive." The professional and polished part was accurate, but thankfully they also do simple things like gutter cleaning and they actually offered the best price. 

I also appreciated the precautions taken given COVID. They rang the doorbell to let us know they had arrived, but immediately stepped back to keep social distancing in addition to wearing their masks. 

I really appreciated that once the job was complete, I was told what shape the gutters were in. It was a simple thing, but being told that the small portion of gutter that is separate had been overlooked before, and so was overflowing during our recent rain, gave an explanation for a problem I had noticed but had not flagged to them. 

I would certainly call again for any future needs.

These people were terrific. We first hired them to install a rain diverter on the high metal roof of our townhome. Their price was by far the most reasonable we received, and the work was fast and effective - it saved our first floor from flooding during torrential rain. During that visit, we asked them if they could address some rotten wood on an exterior section of our home. It turned out that we had far more rot than we realized, and the Jenix team did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem and repairing it - see the photo. Again, the price was very reasonable. During both jobs we coordinated with Jennifer in the main office, and she was a pleasure to work with - clear, concise, articulate, and fast. We would work with them again in a heartbeat.
